Sustainability is not about the planet alone – it's about people too. Our commitment to supporting the UN's world health ambitions starts right here at Brytr; we offer our entire team access to private healthcare and wellbeing sessions, while also making flexible working hours and regular team fitness socials a priority. Our partnership with mental health charity, Restore, has been incredibly educational too, their Mental Health First Aid training being a valuable resource we highly recommend.

We wholeheartedly believe that the health of our planet is in the hands of the people, so ensuring our people's wellbeing – and inspiring our clients to invest in their people's – will cause the ripple effect we need.

Clean Energy

The energy sector is the largest contributor to climate change and consequently we felt compelled to act. In 2022, we have already offset 80 tonnes of carbon emissions through a 5 MW Renewable Wind Power Project in Rajasthan, India. Throughout the rest of 2022, we have pledged to support two further clean energy projects - in Brazil & Mexico.

Receiving our Carbon Neutral Certification was the first big achievement in our sustainability journey – but we sure did not stop there. We are dedicated to our long-term carbon reduction strategy that we also urge our clients to implement in their sustainability efforts. We regularly audit all our operations in hopes to identify opportunities to further reduce our footprint.

Pairing our sustainability strategy with a partnership with THG Eco, has enabled us – and our clients – to simplify processes across all business divisions and accelerate the path towards Net Zero.

Restore

Our mental health charity partner - Restore - are experts in supporting people to take control of their recovery, develop skills and lead meaningful lives. Working with Restore has reinforced our belief in the importance and value of understanding and investing in our people's wellbeing. We're supporting Restore with digital training, web development and we're fundraising for them throughout the year so keep your eyes and ears peeled!
