Candice and Rich, both long standing Theatre professionals, sought a complete rebrand and a new website to modernize her business. Our primary task was to automate their business processes by creating a custom online environment where parents can seamlessly book their children and siblings into camps and classes they run during school holidays.
The bespoke booking solution needed to eliminate all manual tasks, such as invoicing, spot tracking and manual sign ups, allowing for significant streamlining of operations and allowing them to focus on the creative.

Effortless automation - Straightforward bookings
Through a detailed competitor analysis and close collaboration with Candice, we were able to bring her vision to life with a user experience and brand that perfectly aligned with her goals.
For the backend, we took the basic Foxy.io booking system and transformed it into a custom calendar solution, utilising dynamic JavaScript and our own algorithms to seamlessly integrate it with Webflow’s frontend. This allowed us to build a multi-layered booking system that goes far beyond Foxy’s standard capabilities.
The result is a fully automated business system that saves time, money, and resources, enabling Candice to focus on growth and reinvestment in her business.
