Restart Project
Repair a laptop, fix the system
scope
Restart, a non-profit dedicated to laptop and electronic repair groups, engaged us for a strategic project to enhance their website’s user experience and conversion rates.
Our task was to assess their existing sitemap using analytics and data, propose an improved structure for better user guidance, and increase signups for their global repair days. Additionally, we curated the most engaging content to design dedicated hubs for each top-level sector of the organization, streamlining navigation and deepening user engagement across the site.
process
Mapping user journeys to power global repair engagement
We began with a comprehensive site audit, followed by multiple research calls with the team to analyze the existing site structure. Based on our findings, we proposed a new sitemap that was thoroughly reviewed and approved by all departments.
With the sitemap finalised, we gathered data and key content from the current pages to create dedicated hub pages for each top-level department. These hub pages were designed with cohesive UX/UI elements that aligned seamlessly with the existing brand style guide. Once the designs were approved, we implemented them within their WordPress development space, ensuring all code integrated smoothly with their current practices.
result
The result was a high-impact, streamlined version of their existing site, significantly improving both user experience and content accessibility. In just 12 months, engagement and site views increased by 330%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the new structure and design.
